With a large client base, the company was facing a major roadblock with the number of legal cases to be handled. Since these cases had to be completed within a certain deadline along with other miscellaneous work, Shannon Lee, senior legal consultant of the firm reached out to us.

How we reached the verdict
The tasks were assigned at WeCom, an enterprise communication tool from where our resource was able to prioritize the tasks and execute them. The files and data were stored in Nutshore via which both parties were easily able to access all the documents.
We also ensured a streamlined flow of work by maintaining steady communication. By using WeChat and Microsoft Teams, seamless communication was ensured at all times.
